RELX plc (GB:REL) has released an update.
RELX PLC has bought back 87,945 of its ordinary shares through UBS AG London Branch, with the shares intended to be held as treasury shares. This latest transaction increases their total treasury shares to 41,424,863 and the total shares in issue to 1,867,137,797, excluding those in treasury. Since the beginning of the year, RELX PLC has acquired a total of 21,712,670 ordinary shares.
