RELX plc (GB:REL) has released an update.
RELX PLC has actively bought back 86,926 of its own ordinary shares through UBS AG London Branch, with the shares set to become treasury shares. This latest transaction has increased their treasury stock to 41,336,918 shares, while the total shares in issue, excluding treasury shares, now stand at 1,867,223,636. The company has been on a purchasing streak, having acquired 21,624,725 ordinary shares since the beginning of the year.
