RELX plc (GB:REL) has released an update.
RELX PLC has announced the buyback of 89,634 of its ordinary shares via UBS AG London Branch, with the shares intended to be held as treasury shares. This latest transaction brings the company’s total treasury holdings to 41,603,160 shares, and excludes these from the total ordinary shares count of 1,866,959,851. Since the beginning of the year, RELX PLC has acquired a total of 21,890,967 ordinary shares.
