RELX plc (GB:REL) has released an update.
RELX PLC has announced the buyback of 72,301 of its ordinary shares at prices ranging from 3500 to 3518 pence per share through JP Morgan Securities plc, to be held as treasury shares. This latest transaction brings the company’s total number of treasury shares to 43,354,413, with an overall total of 1,865,719,727 ordinary shares still in issue (excluding treasury shares). Since the beginning of the year, RELX PLC has acquired 23,642,220 of its own shares.
