RELX plc (GB:REL) has released an update.
RELX PLC has reported the purchase of 76,400 of its own ordinary shares through JP Morgan Securities plc, which will now be held as treasury shares. This latest transaction brings the total number of ordinary shares held in treasury to 43,282,112, while the total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) stands at 1,865,792,028. The company has bought back 23,569,919 ordinary shares since the beginning of the year.
