RELX plc (GB:REL) has released an update.
RELX PLC has purchased 73,200 of its own ordinary shares through JP Morgan Securities plc, to be held as treasury shares, at prices ranging from 3576 to 3621 pence per share. With this latest transaction, the company’s treasury now holds over 41 million shares, while the total shares in issue, excluding those in treasury, amount to approximately 1.87 billion. This move is part of an ongoing buyback program, with RELX PLC having acquired over 22 million shares since the start of the year.
