RELX plc (GB:REL) has released an update.
RELX PLC has executed a stock buyback, purchasing 87,013 of its own ordinary shares, which will now be held as treasury shares. This latest transaction increases the company’s treasury holdings to 41,162,673 shares, with the total number of shares in issue standing at 1,867,377,485 (excluding treasury shares). Over the course of the year, RELX PLC has bought back 21,450,480 shares, reflecting a significant investment back into the company.
