RELX plc (GB:REL) has released an update.
RELX PLC has reported the purchase of 76,600 of its own ordinary shares through JP Morgan Securities plc, which will now be held as treasury shares. This latest transaction brings the total number of shares held in treasury to 43,205,712, with an overall total of 1,865,860,796 shares in issue when excluding treasury shares. Since the start of the year, RELX PLC has acquired 23,493,519 ordinary shares.
