RELX plc (GB:REL) has released an update.
RELX PLC has announced the purchase of 86,261 of its ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange to be held as treasury shares, bringing the total number of shares held in treasury to 41,075,660. With this latest transaction, the company has acquired over 21 million of its own shares since the start of the year. The purchases were executed through UBS AG London Branch with prices ranging from 3548 to 3603 pence per share.
