Pebble Group PLC has announced the buyback and subsequent cancellation of 30,084 of its own ordinary shares at a price of 0.58 GBp per share, executed through its corporate broker, Berenberg. Following the transaction, the total number of voting rights in the company will be 166,465,637. This action comes as part of a share buyback program initiated earlier this year, reflecting the company’s strategy to manage its capital structure.
