Pebble Group PLC (GB:PEBB) has released an update.
On July 26, 2024, The Pebble Group PLC reported the buyback of 6,237 ordinary shares at a uniform price of 0.56 GBp per share, which will subsequently be cancelled. Post cancellation, the total number of voting rights in the company will stand at 166,417,965. The buyback, executed through their corporate broker Berenberg, is part of a share buyback programme that was previously announced on May 1, 2024.
