Pebble Group PLC (GB:PEBB) has released an update.
Pebble Group PLC has recently executed a share buyback, purchasing 6,055 of its ordinary shares at a uniform price of 0.56 GBp per share, which will be subsequently cancelled, reducing the total number of shares and voting rights to 166,424,202. This move follows the Share Buyback Programme announced earlier on May 1, 2024. Shareholders may use the updated total voting rights figure for disclosure obligations under the FCA’s rules.
