Origin Enterprises plc (GB:OGN) has released an update.
Origin Enterprises plc has announced the repurchase of 20,000 of its own ordinary shares on Euronext Dublin as part of its €20 million share buyback program initiated in November 2023. The transaction, executed through Goodbody Stockbrokers UC, occurred on 30 July 2024 with share prices ranging from €3.1150 to €3.1850. These shares will be held in treasury with plans for eventual cancellation or re-issue.
