Origin Enterprises plc (GB:OGN) has released an update.
Origin Enterprises plc has recently bought back 20,000 of its own shares on Euronext Dublin, with prices ranging from €3.0900 to €3.1650 per share, as part of its €20 million share repurchase plan announced last year. Post-transaction, the company’s total number of shares in issue stands at 106,670,740, excluding shares held in treasury. The repurchased shares will be held in treasury with the possibility of being cancelled or re-issued at a later date.
