Origin Enterprises plc (GB:OGN) has released an update.
Origin Enterprises plc has recently bought back 20,000 of its own shares at prices ranging from €3.0600 to €3.1250 per share, as part of its €20 million share buyback program. After the transaction, the total number of shares in issue is 106,690,740, with an additional 18,629,635 shares held in treasury. These repurchased shares will be held in treasury with the possibility of being cancelled or re-issued later on.
