Nokia Advances Share Buyback Program

Nokia (GB:0HAF) has released an update.

Nokia Corporation has actively pursued its share buyback program by acquiring 391,143 of its shares at an average price of EUR 3.61 on July 5, 2024, spending EUR 1,413,200. This move is part of a larger scheme announced earlier in the year, aiming to return up to EUR 600 million to shareholders over two years, with the first phase involving EUR 300 million by December 2024. After these transactions, Nokia’s treasury now contains 105,934,051 shares.
