Nokia (GB:0HAF) has released an update.
Nokia Oyj has announced the acceleration of its share buyback program, purchasing a total of 1,676,274 shares at an average price of €3.62 each, amounting to €6,062,245 on July 30, 2024. The buyback, part of a €600 million program to return value to shareholders, commenced on March 20, 2024, with an increased volume of shares to be purchased within the year, following a decision made on July 19, 2024. After the recent acquisitions, Nokia holds 131,606,149 of its own shares.
