Nokia Oyj has actively bought back its shares on July 31, 2024, as part of an ongoing program to return up to 600 million euros to shareholders over two years. The company accelerated the buyback process on July 19, 2024, following the board’s decision to increase the number of shares to be purchased within the year. After the latest acquisition, Nokia Oyj’s total ownership amounts to 134,084,371 of its own shares.
