Nokia (GB:0HAF) has released an update.
Nokia Corporation has actively bought back 1,676,274 of its own shares at an average price of EUR 3.62 on July 30, 2024, as part of a larger EUR 600 million share repurchase program announced earlier that year. These transactions are a continuation of the company’s effort to increase shareholder value and follow an acceleration decision made on July 19, 2024. With these latest transactions, Nokia now holds over 131 million treasury shares.
