Nightcap PLC is considering strategic options regarding Revolution Bars, including potential acquisitions of sites, subsidiaries, brands, or assets, as well as a possible share for share offer. The company aims to become the UK’s leading bar group and sees Revolution Bars’ brands as a beneficial addition to its portfolio. However, Nightcap has currently chosen not to engage in the formal sale process for Revolution Bars, and there is no confirmation of a definitive offer at this stage.
