Nightcap PLC has announced that its shareholders approved all resolutions at the General Meeting, leading to the cancellation of its shares from trading on AIM effective 29 July 2024 and the company’s re-registration as a private limited company, Nightcap Limited, around 15 August 2024. Shareholders can trade shares post-cancellation via a matched bargain facility provided by Asset Match Limited, with further company updates to be posted on its website.
