Nightcap PLC (GB:NGHT) has released an update.
Nightcap PLC, an operator of 46 premium bars, has announced the issue of 15 million new ordinary shares to raise £0.75 million. The shares, priced at five pence each, are expected to start trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange around July 12, 2024. This capital increase will bring the total number of voting rights in the company to 279,550,656.
