Nightcap PLC (GB:NGHT) has released an update.
Nightcap PLC, the premium bar operator, has announced a reshuffle in its concert party composition, with several members departing the original IPO Concert Party. The updated group, now holding 26.15% of the company’s issued share capital, can purchase additional shares without being required to bid for the company, as long as their combined ownership doesn’t surpass 30%.
