Nightcap PLC (GB:NGHT) has released an update.
Nightcap PLC, a premium bar operator, successfully raised an additional £1.5 million through a new share subscription as part of its ongoing £3.5 million fundraising initiative. This follows an earlier raise of £0.75 million, bringing the total committed funds to £2.25 million, before expenses. The company expects the new shares from this round to be admitted to the AIM market by 25 June 2024, with a further admission of initial subscription shares anticipated by 2 September 2024.
