Naked Wines Director’s Associate Buys Shares

Naked Wines plc (GB:WINE) has released an update.

Naked Wines plc has disclosed that Colebrooke Partners Limited, associated with Non-Executive Director Jack Pailing, has acquired 30,000 shares of the company. This purchase increases Pailing’s total interest in Naked Wines to approximately 0.95% of its issued share capital. The transaction, involving shares valued at £15,684, took place on the London Stock Exchange.
