Naked Wines plc announces successful passage of the majority of resolutions at its Annual General Meeting, with the notable exception of resolution 6 concerning the disapplication of pre-emption rights. The online wine retailer, acclaimed for connecting wine drinkers with independent winemakers and providing quality wines at fair prices, reported that all other proposed resolutions were approved. The company continues to thrive in the direct-to-consumer wine market, serving over 723,000 ‘Angel’ customers globally.
