Monks Investment Trust PLC announced the buyback of 150,000 of its own shares on July 11, 2024, which will be held in Treasury, resulting in a total of 44,105,794 shares in Treasury. Post-transaction, the number of shares in issue, excluding those in Treasury, stands at 209,065,666, a figure significant for shareholders in reference to the FCA’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
