Monks Investment Trust PLC has announced the buyback of 200,000 of its own Ordinary Shares, which will be held in Treasury, at a price of 1,198.00p per share, resulting in a new total of 44,305,794 Treasury-held shares. Shareholders can use the remaining 208,865,666 shares figure to assess their ownership percentage for required notifications per FCA rules.
