Monks Investment Trust Shs GBP (GB:MNKS) has released an update.
Monks Investment Trust PLC has announced the buyback of 200,000 of its own Ordinary Shares on July 18, 2024, to be held in Treasury, impacting the total shares in issue and providing a new denominator for shareholders to calculate their percentage holdings. After the buyback, the company will have 44,505,794 shares in Treasury and 208,665,666 shares in issue.
