Monks Investment Trust PLC has announced the purchase of 45,000 of its own Ordinary Shares, which will be held in Treasury, impacting the total number of shares in issue available to investors. Following this transaction, the company will have 39,085,794 shares in Treasury, with the remaining 214,085,666 shares being the figure for shareholders to use in notifications of interest changes.
