Monks Investment Trust Shs GBP (GB:MNKS) has released an update.
Monks Investment Trust PLC has announced the buyback of 150,000 of its own Ordinary Shares at 1,159.89p each, which will be held in Treasury, leaving a new total of 40,455,794 shares in Treasury. This repurchase affects the total number of tradable shares, now at 212,715,666, a figure important for shareholders calculating their percentage holdings.
