Magnora ASA (SVMRF) has released an update.
Magnora ASA has announced the sale of Helios Nordic Energy to Vinci, with a complete upfront payment of EUR 73 million soon to be distributed among the sellers. Following the sale, Magnora’s board of directors plans to return NOK 4 per share to its shareholders, with further details pending receipt of the payment.
