The company’s legacy business, Hermana Holding ASA, began trading on the Oslo Stock Exchange, and Magnora’s renewable project portfolio reached 9.4 GW. Additionally, an extraordinary dividend has been declared following significant milestones, including the sale of Helios Nordic Energy to Vinci and a milestone payment from First Solar for the acquisition of Evolar AB.
