Magnora ASA has announced a shareholder payment of NOK 4.187 per share, scheduled for 16 August 2024, marking a milestone where the company’s total capital return surpasses 1 billion NOK. This reward follows a successful sale of Helios Nordic Energy to Vinci Concessions and reflects Magnora’s profitable renewables strategy since 2018. The move exemplifies the company’s commitment to shareholder value, having already distributed substantial dividends and returns of capital, as well as demerging and listing parts of its legacy business.
