LATAM Airlines Targets NYSE ADR Relisting

Latam Airlines Group Sa (LTMAY) has released an update.

LATAM Airlines Group S.A. has announced plans to relist its American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) on the New York Stock Exchange, a move contingent upon meeting SEC and NYSE requirements as well as obtaining consent from main creditors involved in the company’s recent Chapter 11 reorganization. The decision to relist will also take into account market conditions to align with the company’s best interests. The estimated timeline for completing the relisting process is approximately six months from the date of the announcement.
