LATAM Airlines Relists ADRs, Sets Secondary Sale Price

LATAM Airlines (LTMAY) has released an update.

LATAM Airlines Group S.A. has announced the approval of its ADR program’s relisting on the New York Stock Exchange, set to be effective from July 25, 2024. Additionally, the initial price for a secondary sale of ADRs has been established at $24 each, following a recent ratio change, equating to $0.012 per individual company share. The transaction, involving major financial institutions as underwriters, involves 19 million ADRs, with the settlement scheduled for July 26, 2024.
