LATAM Airlines Readies for NYSE ADR Relisting

LATAM Airlines (LTMAY) has released an update.

LATAM Airlines Group S.A. announces its plans to relist its ADR program on the New York Stock Exchange, approving a new deposit agreement and the registration of an additional 100 million ADRs, increasing the total to 317 million. The company is also adjusting the share-to-ADR ratio and anticipates the relisting to coincide with a secondary sale expected on or around July 24, 2024, provided market conditions are favorable.
