LATAM Airlines Moves Forward with ADR Relisting

LATAM Airlines (LTMAY) has released an update.

LATAM Airlines Group S.A. is advancing with the reopening and relisting of its ADR program on the New York Stock Exchange, aiming for it to coincide with the first secondary sale under a registration rights agreement following Chapter 11 reorganization. They will submit the necessary prospectuses and filings to the SEC and start the respective roadshow, although financial information for Q2 2024 disclosed is preliminary, unaudited, and subject to change. The Company promises to keep stakeholders informed about the progress of the ADR Program Relisting.
