ITV plc (GB:ITV) has released an update.
ITV plc has reported the acquisition of 15,460 of its own ordinary shares on 11 July 2024 as part of its share buyback program initiated on 7 March 2024. The shares, purchased through Morgan Stanley & Co. and various trading facilities at prices ranging from 82.85 to 82.95 pence, will be held in treasury, bringing the total number of voting rights to 3,988,368,711. Since the program’s start, ITV has repurchased over 72 million shares at an average price of 73.53 pence each.
