ITV plc (GB:ITV) has released an update.
ITV plc has recently bought back 45,406 of its own shares at prices ranging from 83.90 to 84.50 pence per share, resulting in a volume-weighted average of 84.19 pence per share. This action, in line with shareholder authorization from its Annual General Meeting, adds to their cumulative repurchase of 74,825,695 shares at an average of 73.83 pence since March 2024. These repurchased shares will be held in treasury, affecting the total number of voting rights in the company.
