ITV plc (GB:ITV) has released an update.
ITV plc has reported the buyback of 401,475 of its ordinary shares at prices ranging from 82.60 to 83.75 pence per share, with a volume-weighted average of 83.10 pence per share, as part of its ongoing share repurchase program initiated on March 7, 2024. These shares will be held in treasury, bringing the total treasury-held shares to 66,280,289, with the total number of shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) now standing at 3,986,128,905. Since the start of the buyback program, ITV has repurchased a total of 74,780,289 shares at an average price of 73.82 pence.
