ITV plc (GB:ITV) has released an update.
ITV plc has actively bought back 1,015,592 of its ordinary shares on 16 July 2024, as part of its ongoing share buyback program initiated on 7 March 2024. The shares were purchased through the London Stock Exchange at prices ranging from 82.95 to 83.80 pence per share, with the average price standing at 83.32 pence. Post transaction, ITV’s total treasury-held shares amount to 65,878,814, with the overall number of voting rights set at 3,986,530,380.
