IP Group plc (GB:IPO) has released an update.
IP Group plc has executed a share buyback, purchasing 300,000 ordinary shares at prices varying between 41.95 and 42.75 GBp per share, under its previously announced buyback program. These shares will now be held in treasury, with the total number of voting rights adjusted to 1,019,805,752. The company plans to continue the buyback program and will report on further transactions as they occur.
