IP Group plc (GB:IPO) has released an update.
IP Group plc has executed a share buyback, purchasing 350,000 of its own ordinary shares at a volume weighted average price of 42.2044 GBp on July 16, 2024, as part of an ongoing buyback program that was announced in December 2023. The repurchased shares will be held in treasury, which after the transaction, leaves IP Group with a total of 1,019,455,752 ordinary shares with voting rights. The company plans to continue the buyback program and will report further transactions in due course.
