IP Group plc has actively engaged in its share buyback program, purchasing 350,000 ordinary shares at prices ranging between 42.25 to 42.80 GBp per share on the London Stock Exchange. These shares will be held in treasury, with the total number of shares in issue, including those in treasury, now standing at 1,063,188,005, impacting the voting rights denominator for shareholders. The company will continue to update the market following any further repurchases under this program.
