Ilwella Pty Ltd has increased its voting power in Metallica Minerals Limited from 72.70% to 82.05% due to acceptances under an off-market takeover bid by Diatreme Resources Limited. This change in interest is a result of the takeover offer dated 11 April 2024, with Ilwella’s relevant interest rising following shareholders’ acceptance of the offer. The new voting power is based on the latest number of fully paid ordinary shares issued by Metallica Minerals as detailed in their recent Target’s Statement.
