Diatreme Resources Limited has successfully acquired over 90% of Metallica Minerals Limited and is proceeding with plans for compulsory acquisition of the remaining shares. Shareholders of Metallica are urged to accept the offer before the imminent deadline of August 6, 2024, to avail of the offer benefits promptly. After the deadline, unclaimed considerations will be delayed until the completion of the compulsory acquisition process, which may take an additional six weeks.
