Ilwella Pty Ltd has increased its voting power in Metallica Minerals Limited (MLM) from 85.80% to 87.05% due to an off-market takeover bid by Diatreme Resources Limited (DRX), in which Ilwella has a significant stake. This change occurred through the acquisition of an additional 12,941,977 fully paid ordinary shares. The increase in voting power is a result of shareholders accepting DRX’s takeover offer, as detailed in their bidder’s statement.
