Honda Motor Co., Ltd. has announced corrections to the previously published ‘Notice of Convocation of the 100th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders,’ specifically revising the remuneration details for directors and executive officers. The corrected notice, along with proposals for the election of twelve directors, is now accessible on Honda’s investor relations website. The company is gearing up for its upcoming shareholders’ meeting in Tokyo on June 19, 2024.
