Honda Announces Secondary Stock Offering Details

Honda Motor Company (HMC) has released an update.

Honda Motor Co., Ltd. has announced the specifics of a secondary offering of its common stock, including the selling price of 1,664.5 yen per share and an underwriters’ purchase price of 1,613.02 yen per share. The total amount raised from the secondary offering is expected to be 432,569,760,650 yen, with a share delivery date set for July 24, 2024. Notably, the shares will not be publicly offered or sold in the United States.
